    The absolute best version of our smol blue-haired okatu. No questions asked. Pros: Able to combo decently. Sprites are from (what I think) an official Lucky Star game? If so, that makes it better. References up the ass, aside from the Street Fighter ones. Very fitting for her. Various mechanics, that will either help you, or screw you over. Cons: See comment on the mechanics above. Spammy AI, which usually spams her Shun Goku Satsu. On that topic... Shun Goku Satsu's command is really complicated, unlike the other takes on it.

    The review is slightly outdated now. I do see some improvement, but every other issue that still exists between these characters definitely drag it down. The rating will remain at two stars, but hopefully this King sees some sort of update. Also... Extra con: King assists Snake and attacks way too early after round 1 ends and onward, causing the player (if facing him) to really be at a disadvantage due to the AI in the character.

    Legit nothing I said got to this guy. *sigh* Pros: This gem is added in: Cons: Legit every single problem his previous characters had. Other notes: There is another version of The King (the one where a winquote said Tumblr raped him) that's much better than this one. Hell, I'd even prefer the boss version of him over this. Also (even if watching The King's Epic Adventure makes it obvious), Geibuchan, creator of the series this King is based on, hates Lucky Star.

    Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin' by EmmanuelMugen1331 The... third? Forth...? Uh, version of the main character of Friday Night Funkin'. Like IgnitionGrimmy's version, this one is custom sprited, but it's luckily not a pain to look at. This I think is built off Alexander's edit (I definitely could be wrong), but this has much more to it, and actually includes a finisher, as well as a signal telling you when you can call for Girlfriend. I can't really tell if it's the best, but at least it's the best custom sprited version.

      @DejaVuFlame I uploaded ElmoFan17's... well, calling it a self-insert is just petty. Anyway, this was due to me starting a miniseries on my channel that a lot of people like him would hate. Like the "you bashed me, take this!!!11! (creates a fucking punching bag of the user)" type of people. 

      He was the most recent vistor at the time.

    This seems to be a Yukkuri version of the Compile-era Schezo (I don't think Yukkuris have necks, however). The sword in him is a reference to the PC-9801 version of Madou Monogatari 2, where Arle decapitates him, but his head is... somehow still able to fight (look it up, I can't make this shit up). Best way I can describe this.

    Marina from Splatoon 2 by Alexander Cooper 19 (simply credited as Alexander) This Octoling pop star is mainly based on the Splatfests in the game (mainly Mayo vs. Ketchup or Forks vs. Spoons). There's appaerently a updated version that came with Alexander's full game, so I might get that and upload it seperate (this is the standalone release from Corndog on corndog from MUGEN Archive). 2nd file: 4.5 Version. This version is from the Zander's MUGEN v4.5 fullgame and is slightly but vastly different from the original version I posted. She has a reworked AI, a counter, a DJ move (I blame this for the bloated file size), and an Inkling Girl assist.

One such issue being that he can use his MAX hyper without needing the 2000 power required to activate it.     I think the thing that bothers me most about this character is her select and hyper portraits. I'm no Puyo Puyo purist, but having her sprites be based on the Compile Era and her portraits from the SEGA Era (post-Puyo Puyo 7) seems really off. I did lead Nexus to Puyo Nexus, so maybe a future update will set things right.

    Some characters don't deserve to be cloned. This is proof of it. Pros: None. At all. Cons: Evil Elmo is already cheap. This makes it worse. You already know how I feel about kids in the MUGEN community. This is also another piece of proof why they shouldn't be in it.

    A pretty poor character then, and still a poor one now (especially with k6666orochi's Kyoko and The_None's Blossomko). This character has barely all of her moveset, plus, being a MvC incarnation, you can expect pretty bland moves, spammy AI and various other problems. Pros: James' version was the first (complete) River City Girls character at the time. Hurricane Kick, Dragon Feet and basic combos accounted for. Cons: This was built off a MvC template with spammy AI, so make of that what you will. One move is a simple animation, which is already a red flag. Bag Toss (and the fucking hyper varient of it) are pretty unfitting. Knowing Holn AI patched k6666orochi's earlier versions of Blake and Weiss, the AI patch might be as unforgiving as them. File size is bloated for a character that was originally around 1 or 2 MB.

This also contains some disturbing imagery, due to this being made when evil and violent Sesame Street image edits were very popular for some reason. I might edit this one to be less cheap and more forgiving. Also based on the "Elmo Kills Barney" video (below) from... 2006? Wow, that's old. Audio might possibly be older than that. (let me know if this has been uploaded before, because I don't think I've seen this one.)
