Quite literally the Zamasu that was split in 2, who then spread across the multiverse before Zeno erased him.

Hirudegarn (ヒルデガーン Hirudegān) is the main antagonist in Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon. He is an enormous Phantom Majin that destroys everything and kills anyone in its path.
According to Tapion, Hirudegarn is a "phantom of mist and shadow" who "consumes its victims and imprisons their life-force." He was apparently turned to stone with the use of an enchanted sword and a pair of enchanted ocarinas, which were then sealed away in a temple by Tapion's and Minotia's ancestors, until a group of star-traveling black magicians known as the Kashvar arrive on Konats and use their dark magic to bring the monster back to life with the intent of destroying the Konatsians and all races in the universe different from themselves. In Fusions he is referred to as a Phantom Majin created from an energy filled statue.

Krillin in Choujin Style by Stig87.
His sprites are from Shin Butoden. They may look a little deformed because of the scaling to make him a reasonble size.(He's smaller naturally) The pallettes are tweaked to feel teh way I want them to, including altered skin color etc.(These are all edited to some extent.
Krillin becomes the first person to have a Level 2 Kamehameha and rightfully so, his kamehameha should be as effectient as the others. The Destructo disc is krillins primary weapon. Release it in the are or on the ground and it will track down the opponent.
Use the solar flare to stop an oppenent in their tracks (if they're looking of course I:E in an attack or normal standing state)
His AI is Beatable but challenging.

Turles (ターレス Tāresu) is a Saiyan who was once a member of the Saiyan Army under the Frieza Force, but he went rogue and off into the cosmos to conquer planets for himself with his group of henchmen known as the Turles Crusher Corps. He is the main antagonist of Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might, and a supporting antagonist-turned rival in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime.

He's as powerful as Goku (Universal Survival 3.4)
and plays well like an official DBZ Extreme Butoden character!
Not to mention, he even has clips from the Tree of Might movie as well, not to mention many special intros!

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -

DAMN HOW MANY SLOTS? like ngl I know and I mean I KNOW I made some pretty heft big mugen rosters that's around 3k to even 9k but DAMN this one is HUGE
edit: I know its 36864 slots but even im convinced there isn't THAT much mugen chars out there, and if there was it would take forever actually.

"very unbalanced" well it's a OP edit and VBISON didn't say that's his edits are OP edits AT ALL. (also they got nothing to do with the MvC2 style)
