This character automatically comes with the NET AI patch. Before the character would just mindlessly power up and do a bunch of flips, screw that now he does crazy combos and actually fights more. If you want him to go back to mindlessly flipping around like ReubenKee wanted him to simply rename the folder to DragonClaw

Tyrannosaurus
Tyrannosaurus Rex is one of the best represented theropods. It lived throughout what is now western North America, on what was then an island continent known as Laramidia. Tyrannosaurus had a much wider range than other tyrannosaurids. Fossils are found in a variety of rock formations dating to the latest Campanian-Maastrichtian ages of the Late Cretaceous period, 72.7 to 66 million years ago. It was the last known member of the tyrannosaurids and among the last non-avian dinosaurs to exist before the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event.

A proof of concept I made, to show that even nulls onwards have the ability to "destroy" a PC, not just dragon tiers.
She uses E-ACE to do this, a way to execute shellcodes via variable expansion.
What she does is trigger a BSOD. Once triggered, the pc will reboot and be as before.
Download her only if you feel safe, although it's not dangerous.
WinMUGEN only.

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -

DAMN HOW MANY SLOTS? like ngl I know and I mean I KNOW I made some pretty heft big mugen rosters that's around 3k to even 9k but DAMN this one is HUGE
edit: I know its 36864 slots but even im convinced there isn't THAT much mugen chars out there, and if there was it would take forever actually.
