Neon the Flame (Legacy version, 2017)

that specific version of neon that got a fair amount of fame for no good reason at all other than "hey. green firey recolor. haha funny".
is this version of him a good fighter? ...not really, considering he was made 6 years ago (as of writing), when i was 10. very amateurish all around and overall not really worth having on your roster unless you like bloat
now uploaded on here with some fixes for archival purposes.
author is neontflame (Neon-The-Flame if timeframe of making this character is applicable).

It is recommended to read the README-INSTRUCTIONS.txt file first to avoid problems.

Well... there is not much to say, a port of Infinite Soulabyss for MUGEN 1.1.
The difference is that Undefined Universe has many more attacks instead of Infinite Soulabyss.
Undefined Universe is a character to check other character's defense, it should not be used for winning or losing purposes.
In this version, is now recommended to use DirectX as rendermode.
[Settings]
It's important to set some options in the "mugen.cfg" file, which is located in the "data" folder.
Change the following values to ensure that Undefined Universe works properly:
GameWidth = 640 (or 960)
GameHeight = 480 (or 720... as long as it's a square.)

-
RenderMode = DirectX

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -

DAMN HOW MANY SLOTS? like ngl I know and I mean I KNOW I made some pretty heft big mugen rosters that's around 3k to even 9k but DAMN this one is HUGE
edit: I know its 36864 slots but even im convinced there isn't THAT much mugen chars out there, and if there was it would take forever actually.
