Culex is an optional hidden boss who appears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Culex is a being from a different dimension who desires to do battle with warriors from Mario's world. He appears to be a type of demon, having dark purple skin, red twisted horns and wings, a red mark along his torso, a jagged tail, and several crystals surrounding his waist. He also emanates what appears to be dark energy.
Culex serves as the game's superboss: alongside the Crystals, he is an even more powerful boss than the main story's antagonist, Smithy, as he has 4,096 HP, the second most of any encounter in the game (behind only Smithy's second phase). Culex, combined with the Crystals, has 12,396 HP, which exceeds both of Smithy's phases combined.
In the Nintendo Switch remake, Super Mario RPG, Culex initially retains his original two-dimensional 16-bit appearance, offering a stark contrast to the game's revamped and updated 3D graphics. However, a post-game rematch gives him a full model, named Culex 3D, along with the Crystals.

Este es otro char modificado por mi, es un agregado de Fatality a Luigi el cual consiste en congelar al rival, algo asi como el del Sub Zero en MK2 XD
La combinación es: F,D,B,z y tienes que estar como más o menos cerca del rival y lejos, un espacio pequeño entre los dos personajes
Por supuesto también incluye las variables de jefe y de rival femenino
Otra vez dándole créditos a sus creadores que es "ShinRyoga & Neo Ankh". Muchas gracias

seguro ya va a venir el random a decir que Gardevoir es de genero neutro como me dijeron una vez, si no creen que sea femenina en su Mugen solo quitele su trigger

Es un char poderoso, bastante injusto, cambie lo necesario para que sea un char al menos independiente, le puse esfuerzo, puede vencer a la larga a otros cheap characters como "POWERSTARMario" de "Pizzasause" o también a "MarioPS" de "Dano" o incluso a varios Chars del "Mugen The Evil Awakens 2"

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -

DAMN HOW MANY SLOTS? like ngl I know and I mean I KNOW I made some pretty heft big mugen rosters that's around 3k to even 9k but DAMN this one is HUGE
edit: I know its 36864 slots but even im convinced there isn't THAT much mugen chars out there, and if there was it would take forever actually.
